Couple with Buggy Narrowly Escape Horrific Car Crash in Phoenix!

Shocking footage shows a crash involving a car that ran a red light and narrowly missed a couple crossing the road with a buggy in Phoenix, US.

The car collided with another vehicle at high speed after jumping the red light at a busy junction.

Phoenix Police Department says the driver and his passenger in the speeding car ran off after the incident.

The man was later arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
