This video was a bit of a challenge for me, as I went into the store not really knowing what to try, and what to avoid! I did not look up reviews, I just went in blind (other than the knowledge I already have of makeup). The entire look is done for under $15, for those of you who are on a budget this Halloween, or just aren't looking to invest your money into makeup. Whatever the reason, all items seen in this video were purchased at Walmart :)
