The number one reason affecting most of us, is just the fact that we sit a lot. But sitting in itself is not what causes the flatness of the booty. It is the fact that we sit and then we don't do anything to counteract it.
There are just so many reasons why you may want to make your butt look, you know bigger, rounder or more peachy, you want your leggings to look fire, you want your bikini to look like “oh!” you just want to look your best, no shame.
The first thing we're going to cover is your exercise. There are so many exercises that you can do to get that round perky voluptuous booty. But if you don't do the exercises, you're not going to get any results. So, you have to be consistent with your lower body workouts and control your meals by eating protein.
The more lowerbody workout variations you do is going to make for a nicer rounder booty. Start slowly and then build up your intensity, duration, frequency and just go from wherever you are. Don't go from sitting on your butt to squatting hundred pounds as you're risking injury.
Here is a lowerbody exercise you can do in your chair at work, at school, wherever and nobody will know. It's very easy, all you do is think about your booty and then squeeze your butt. You need to squeeze your butt so hard that your body actually lifts just a little bit then hold that movement hold that contraction for as long as you can, release and repeat. You want to do about 15 times and then rest for a minute and then do another 15. Do this as much as you can.
These exercises are for your entire lowerbody but if you want more refined focus targeting off your booty definitely get on my eight-week booty fix program like right now. You must eat the protein, the protein is what helps your body build the muscle that gives your booty that shape.

Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
