Charge Tesla Model 3 in Cold Winter Weather on regular 110|120V outlet?!

Will the tesla charge on a regular wall outlet in the winter cold? For anyone like me who solely relies on charging their tesla model 3 on a standard wall outlet 110/120v 15amp level 1 basis, this video is for you. I wanted to test and see if the cold winter temperatures would affect the way the tesla charges in the garage and also outside when it was 22 degrees that night. You would be surprised on how well the tesla's battery accepts a charge not only in warmer seasons but also in the cold winter weather months. I used the regular nema 5-15 adapter plug from tesla to test these charging methods.
