Is Google Stadia’s Marketing Fraudulent? Or Just Extremely Deceptive? (VL141)

Google's Stadia project ("The future of gaming is not a box!") has had its share of ups-and-downs already, but perhaps none more so than when reviewers and consumers alike realized they weren't getting the resolution or framerate that Google had promised.

Google has since responded...by throwing its game developers under the bus.

But does it rise to the level of true deception?
