Welcome to the Traditional Mat series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional mat exercises that are tried and proven to give results. You will add extra equipment to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and are highly effective, giving maximum results in minimum time.
In Traditional Mat Arms and Core you will perform highly effective abdominal and arms exercises using light hand weights to increase the intensity. You will see a c-curve front raise combination first with legs on the floor then using the legs in a scissor action, a laying lower body curl series with chest flies and triceps pushes, a side triceps push up with triceps overhead extension combo, a plank with triceps extension series, a pretzel series with biceps curls, circles and extensions and a tough v-up series with bent and straight legs.
