This is a look specifically at the similar wind attacks, not all of them are similar such as SSI's circular wind attack and DD's sweeps. I do wonder if SSI has fought DD, he has fought Tomoe we know and it's possible he learned these things from her but the techniques he uses seem closer to DD, a few of his Spear Phase sword combos do look like Floating/Spiral Passage.
