10 scholars stranded in Lahaul-Spiti due to heavy snowfall

Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Nov 28 (ANI): A group of 12 people, which included 10 scholars, have been stuck in Sissu area of Lahaul-Spiti in Himachal Pradesh. The scholars had gone to Lahaul-Spiti district to study a World Bank-funded government project.
