Eggless chocolate cake-
Sakshi’s collection-
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
2 cups dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup cream
Procedure-
1. Chop the chocolate and transfer to a heatproof bowl.
2. Bring the cream to a simmer and pour over chopped chocolate.
3. Let the warm cream sit over the chocolate for a minute before stirring.
4. Using a hand whisk or a spatula, emulsify the ganache until smooth.
MERINGUE FROSTING
INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites
2 cups castor sugar
1/4 cup cold water
PROCEDURE
1. Place the egg whites, water and sugar in heatproof bowl.
2. Whisk to combine.
3. Place this bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
4. Using an electric hand mixer, beat this mixture for 15 minutes or until still peaks are formed.
5. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
