First Time Buyers House Buying Vlogs Part 1 - Mortgages - It ends in disaster! Lara Joanna Jarvis

THE VERY FIRST IN OUR FIRST TIME BUYERS HOUSE BUYING VLOGS - I AM SO EXCITED TO START THIS JOURNEY WITH YOU GUYS!! However...it ends in DISASTER!!

I asked you guys if you'd like me to document this process because you have all been there for me during my no buy year and this is what it's all been for - buying our first home!!
Please know that we have saved for a long long time, longer than just this year, to be in this position. We are first time buyers but we are decades behind our friends in doing it, so I don't want this to come across in any other way than it is intended, and that is to help anyone else going through the first time buyers process, house hunting, mortgage advisers etc, and that I am so grateful to finally be in this position. I don't take it for granted and I wouldn't want anyone to ever think that this has come easily for us. We both work full time and have worked so hard for this dream to become a reality.

So, here we are, our very first house viewings, we go to see 2 properties and then we go to see the mortgage adviser to see what we will be offered to borrow. Sadly, it all ends in disaster and I come away feeling like I've let myself down badly. But, I wont give up. This is our time and we will be back stronger.
