Typically, accessories don't just magically disappear…but anything is possible in the wild and wacky world of Friends. In the Season Two episode "The One Where Ross Finds Out," Rachel's necklace randomly appears and disappears across cuts. The gaffe occurs in the scene while she's finding out that Ross and his girlfriend are getting a cat.

This particular goof is emphasized by the fact that Rachel is wearing a white V-neck shirt, which makes the necklace a distinct focal point. How the crew missed this one is anyone's guess.
