HIIT WORKOUT (IT'S HARD!!)

HIIT WORKOUT (IT'S HARD!!) So we did our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout and it was terrible! I've been doing this workout for the last two weeks or so just to keep my body in shape and let me say its absolutely horrible but its worth it! The biggest thing is once you start don't start, so do it for three days for a month then for another month do it for four, but try not to exceed that!

Anyways, like the last video track season is coming fast but also for me I am training for the Navy! It’s extremely important to stay in shape during the offseason so forth that’s what this workout is meant for and just keep going!!

ALSO, I have another video coming in the next couple weeks (I said next week but I messed up) and that one will be a workout with my Navy group. ALSO 100 SUBSCRIBER SPECIAL COMING WHEN WE HIT 100!!!!!!
