Today I'm making the most Awesome resin and wood Volcano name plaque EVER! Or, at least a pretty good one. I'm making a name plaque for a friend out of stabilized maple burl and resin. This resin art project was fun and turned out pretty good. This is a resin casting tutorial video. I go over every step of the process. I use stabilized wood, find a resin casting mold that is right for the job, cast the resin, shape the resin blank, sand and polish the resin art piece, cut the and finish the letters for the name plaque.
