My name is Karine Losier. I think you have noticed that I have a strong passion for food, fitness and new dining experiences. It's true, I am literally a Lara Croft of weight loss cuisine… a true renegade of glamorous cuisine.
I'm always super excited to challenge the commonly used techniques that most chefs turn to for even healthier alternatives.
Why ?
Well, I find it fascinating to challenge "professional" methods using my self-taught tips and to produce recipes that taste just as good, if not better than what these "healthy chefs" can create.
One thing that separates me from other leaders is that I also have a master's degree in psychology. I have had the opportunity to deal with many people with weight problems who are struggling to lose body fat .
This makes me fully aware of all the psychological struggles that people face for their habits and diets, so I know the importance of healthy nutrition that tastes good, using top foods for fat burning, and motivate people to diet by challenging their commonly held psychological beliefs.
