Large Family Meal Vlog. Mom of 9. Lentil Soup in an Instant Pot. We've been working on this lentil soup for 10 years and I think we finally got it right! Recipe: 1.5 cups lentils, 3 32 oz jugs of broth, head of celery, 2 bags carrots, 3 yellow onions, 3 small yellow potatoes, olive oil, 3/4 of a stick of butter, 2 teaspoons salt, dry thyme. Saute vegetables in instant pot, add lentils and broth, cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, manual release or allow to naturally release. We are a family of 11 and we love to eat good food but we don't want to go out to eat because it is expensive! So we eat this "restaurant style" soup at home and it always hits the spot!
