Can I Please Talk to a Human

Can I Please Talk to a Human I recently Attended a Chamber of Commerce event. There were a lot of impromptu testimonials from people who were doing business with one another.
Never once did they talk about someone’s website, social media posts, or amazing ads.
They didn’t speak about a company’s marketing message or engagement with their target audience.
We understand that all those things are vastly important. However, you need to be communicating regularly with a compelling message to your target audience.
From a marketing standpoint, there will never be a better form of marketing than providing an amazing customer experience. Regardless of the size of the business, satisfying all the needs of your customers, answering their questions, and providing them with an outstanding product or service is, by far, the best form of marketing. Without that, everything else you do regarding marketing will be relatively useless
- Return calls
- Follow through
- Do more than you promise
- Be prompt
- Deliver measurable results
- Surprise them with incredible service
- They spoke about service, trust, caring, attention to detail, timeliness and other similar things

Because we are marketers, we understand the best way to create a loyal audience. Be a real human that is willing to deal with others on human terms and the rest of your marketing efforts will create infinitely better results.
