8 Pieces Carrots
1 and 1/2 Liter Milk
2 tbsp Clarified butter For each recipe
1 tbsp Milk powder
2 Cube Milk solids
1 tsp Cardamom powder
5 tbsp Sugar two tbsp for first and 3 tbsp for the other recipe
2 tbsp Cashew
2 tbsp Almonds
1 tbsp Resins
1 tbsp Pistachio
In this post I have tried two different ways of cooking carrot halwa, I have tried this recipe in just 1 tbsp of clarified butter which is good for your health. I have made this recipe in red coloured carrot which is widely available in the market these days. Let's learn step by step process to prepare this famous sweet dish of the winter season.
