COLLECTOR’S ORDER TO GCA TO RETURN BACK ENCROACHED LAND CANNOT BE CONSIDERED 'GOVT ORDER':GOVT │

In the Goa Cricket Association Porvorim land encroachment matter, Goa government has stated before the High Court that North Collector's order to GCA to return back the encroached land cannot technically be considered as the order of the state government. Goa government has further submitted that indeed Collector is the authority under Land revenue code to decide the application for regularization of encroached land
