I'm a contest junkie. Even though I never win anything, I still get a real thrill from working on a challenge under a tight deadline. So today I'm sharing my entry in Round 1 of the 2020 Sewing Bee hosted by Pattern Review (www.patternreview.com). It's a judged contest so you only get through to the 2nd round if the judges like your entry.
The pattern used for my t-shirt is McCall's 6964.
And my second project is a coat for my sister's new poochie who was rescued from Mexico and now lives in chchchchilly Calgary. The pattern used for that project is Kwik Sew 4092.
Fabric for the t-shirt is French terry from Hobby Lobby. Fabric for the dog coat is bits and pieces from my stash - cotton and fleece lining.
