1 quart(.9liter) goat milk
1/4 cup(.59liter) apple cider vinegar
Food coloring
Salt to taste
Bring milk to 190f(87c), just under a boil and add a generous amount of food coloring of choice. Add cider vinegar and stir as milk separates into curds and whey. Pour through a wire mesh strainer, then press remaining curds between dishes to remove whey. Enjoy warm or chill to firm.
