But this is a NEW kind of video!

Thanks for watching "Emergency Y Strap Adjustment. Severe, Acute Neck Pain Cracking w/ Dr B."

Coming to you LIVE from a pre-recorded video, this is a part of my practice never before seen on video.

This is Mark's 2nd adjustment in 48 hours.
Herniated, bulging discs are not usually fixed over night, friends.
Sometimes we see incredible, complete resolution with ONE adjustment.
But it's rare.

We made significant progress after this adjustment and by the 3rd visit we were at 50% improvement. Mark has had 4 visits in 2 weeks and is experiencing relief throughout the day and is sleeping better at night.

Meanwhile... I think it's absolutely incredible to see the power of the Y strap on a bulging disc. You can actually see the release of tension that is being caused by a pinched nerve. And to "create the space" in order to get in and make a thoracic and cervical adjustment makes this an INVALUABLE tool.... for this patient scenario. I've been using this tool since chiropractic school... 12 years ago.

Mark couldn't even lay on his stomach without having pain shoot from his neck down his arm. I could barely even touch him before the Y strap distraction.

It's Radiculopathy....

When people are in pain, or if they travel great distances to visit my practice they deserve 100% of my attention. I have only filmed regular office visits a handful of times, way back when.

Filming an adjustment is a whole different wild beast of an animal. I have to go back and forth between AV guy and chiropractor. Moving cameras and microphones, check the lighting, making sure the background is not cluttered... switching out face paper...

I shoot videos on Sunday. Quiet office, no distractions, no noise. It allows the story to unfold. There's enough time for the patient to get comfortable with me and the camera. Sessions usually range from 90-120 minutes (mostly bc of the filming technical stuff). And I have enough time to sink in... get deep... and pull out some of the pearls you've seen here on this channel.

(And really, we're just getting started)

When people travel from out of state and schedule 60 minutes, they get almost everything you see in a typical video. But I have to hear the story and decide what's best. Maybe there’s more or less of certain techniques like digestive release or soft tissue etc. It's all focused on the person.

Semi local people schedule 30 minute appointments if their drive is within an hour. That's enough time for me to do a thorough full body adjustment if there's no major complications that require more intention.

In 2020 we'll be offering 90 minute sessions.

During the week we have 2 or 3, 60 minute sessions per day, for people traveling from out of state.

Some people stay a week and get adjusted 2x a day for 3 or 4 days.

But on the reg... people are coming in for 15 minute appointments. Which is an eternity in the chiropractic world. It's enough time for greeting, a history and a simple full spine adjustment. TRUST ME... If your chiro is spending 15 minutes with you and only you AND he's adjusting your entire spine... then you've found a good one.

I've got a regular visit/ video coming down the shoot.

Stay Tuned.
