Well folks, the snow has finally fallen and that means I can get over to the far side of the creek to gather up my firewood that I cut up a month or so. The Skidoo Grand Touring 550f and my Pelican sled will be up for the task of hauling wood over to the house through some pretty rugged terrain. Although this task can be tedious, my dog Koda keeps me company as I hammer away on frozen firewood found beneath what seems to be several feet of snow at times. As you can tell in the video, I'm going to be making quite a few trips back and fourth with the amount of firewood that is hidden beneath the snow. That's ok though as I quite enjoy getting out into Mother Nature's fitness centre and putting in some sweat equity. The best part about this type of gym routine is that when I finally get all the wood moved up to the house, I can then get more exercise splitting all the wood. Boy oh boy if it weren't something I loved to do I'd be calling the propane company up as we speak. Anyways, I better get back to it. Thanks for checking out how I gather firewood from the woods all over my property using my Skidoo and sled.
