While taking "Betty" for a walk Someone decided My 2A scared them so they called the "POPO". (The Police got nicer once the Sgt. and Lt. got there As the first 2 officers should have done) The Sgt. had all investigations done in under 3 mins. and this citizen was on his way. As it should have been done in the first place.
Police are Law enforcement, They are not Opinion enforcement, and they are not Logic Enforcement.
I've had previous encounters walking with Betty and this was the first Negative response from my local PD. The previous encounters went much like how the Sgt. handled this one. He made sure NO Laws were broken and sent me on my way.. No berating, no forcing his Logic or Opinions on me And NO illegal detainment of my person!
My videos are intended to be about community events and activities. Sometimes that includes, but is not intended to add police activities unless they become present to the area I'm filming, they walk up to me, Or I see unusual activity from them that's questionable.
Our 2A rights are under attack from the media and every other outlet possible. I will not sit idly by while these rights are being attacked and do NOTHING about it. The federal constitution and IN constitution Cover my right to carry ,, OPEN or Concealed, and I exercise them regardless of media Hype or someones "Feelings". It's my RIGHT. If we normalize them again, we take the power away from the Lies told by such groups as Moms demand action and MSM.
It amazes me how willing some officers and the public are to squash my right to carry but do not squash these groups right to free speech, BOTH are in the constitution but only 1 gets hit from all angles possible.
Like Martin Luther,, I have a dream too,, It's to have the AMERICA I had while growing up before censorship and GOV overreach became normalized to some people by wanting safety over saving yourself.
A great man once said "those who choose safety over liberty deserve neither" I choose liberty over safety and in doing so I deserve BOTH!
I've left this video Raw and unedited because it utilizes all aspects of a Free America, There are cuss words from cops and myself. I apologize only because there was a need for them to emphasize the points of my stance on this issues.
