WORLDWIDE ANGLICAN CHURCH 2019 REVIEW - Please leave us a Word of blessing! -------- It was humbling to produce this annual photographic/film review for our church. It is a PROFOUND honor, and a HUGE responsibility to serve and care for the many thousands of people and churches around the world. It is a profound honor to protect the Episcopacy and Anglican Tradition with its millions of congregational members. His Grace, the Most Reverend ++ Christopher Lwanga Tusubira and I are so grateful to all our Archbishops, Bishops, Priests, Deacons, Ministers, Volunteers, Ecumenical Partners and Leaders who direct our churches and ministries with courage, tenacity, faithfulness, compassion, passion, and love. I am VERY proud of the fact that we serve in some of the most economically challenged parts of the world, with refugees, the elderly, orphans, innocent children and those who face discrimination and prejudice. We love them all as our family, and we are a VERY, VERY Close-knit Church! We have churches that we're unable to highlight in this film for their security - in these Last Days, we have courageous men and women who must worship our Lord underground.
This has been an amazing year since I became the joint leader of the WAC. Yes, we have had our challenges, but they were opportunities to remove branches to allow the rapid growth of others. We have a mighty presence across Social Media, and our 12 Committees are building an even stronger presence as we serve all nations under God.
I hope that this film gives you a well-rounded insight into the Worldwide Anglican Church, founded in 1921. As we walk into 2020, we pray that Almighty God will continue to bless, direct, protect, guide, expand, and help us to be His powerful instruments around the world. On behalf of all our Clergies, we wish you all a very happy New Year. God bless you! Archbishop Dr. Christine J. A. Mercy Johnson - Co-Presiding Bishop.
***We are grateful to all those who have contributed their music that helps to set a foundation of God's mighty blessings, and we appreciate them for the work that they continue to do for His glory.
