Ingredients:
2 tbs oil
Shredded ginger and garlic
Chopped Carrots
Chopped beans
Salt
finely chopped spring onion whites
Chopped bell peppers
Fresh matar (peas)
Black pepper crushed
4-5 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 cup pre-cooked rice
Method:
Heat up a pan
Take 2 tbs oil
Take shredded ginger and garlic
First take carrot and beans as they take longer to cook
Some salt - go easy on salt as you will be adding soya sauce which itself is saulty
Add spring onion whites finely chopped
Add chopped bell peppers
Add some fresh matar (good to add if available in the season)
I love black pepper in Chinese food, so will add some crushed black pepper
Add 4-5 tsp soya sauce
Add 2 tsp vinegar
Mix everything well
Add 1 cup pre-cooked rice
Nicely mix
Fried rice are ready, taste salt and add if you need
Mix well
Plate fried rice and garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens.
