Why Lazarus Feels Overpriced: I'm All About That Base

Dark Angels Master Lazarus just doesn't feel worth the asking to me, and I couldn't work out why until I compared to other named Primaris HQ options (excluding Ferros because I forgot about him)... It's because I am, apparently, all about that base. No treble.
