Basics of the Declaration of Self Sufficiency (I-944)

The I-944 is a new form to determine if an applicant will be self-sufficient or will be a public charge. This form will affect all adjustment of status applicants.

This will not apply to refugees and asylum seekers, but it will apply for all family-based applications.
