A class action lawsuit has been filed against McGraw-Hill, Pearson Education, and other book retailers alleging that the companies conspired with each other to increase prices of their textbooks and eliminate any competitors in the marketplace. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this with Scott Hardy, the President of Top Class Actions.
