I stayed home this weekend and took advantage of the nice weather and put in a couple longer runs; at least for this time of year. This week I did 70 km total which is an increase over the last few weeks and I hope to steadily increase in the coming months with a focus on the long runs. I did feel tired and restless legs on sunday night which is a good feeling however it also is a good reminder that if I want to run 200 km in August I need to start putting in longer runs and get my legs accustomed to the fatigue. #ultramarathontraining #runningvlog #ultramathon #runcommute
