The Agenda: Timo Werner Keen on Liverpool Transfer?

Following his match-winning performance against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League, Timo Werner has increased speculation around a move to Liverpool.

The RB Leipzig forward scored the only goal in the game as the German side took the advantage in their knockout tie with Spurs.

After the match, Werner was asked directly about rumours linking him to Anfield to which he responded the links made him “very proud” and were a “pleasure”.
