The Battle between Slack and Microsoft Teams - It’s about TRUST not just NUMBERS

IBM picks Slack over Microsoft Teams for its 350,000 employees. That is a big win for Slack in the battle that started almost 4 years ago. Microsoft made a very early smart move back then in the messenger game and has been growing heavily in numbers but we know from our projects that this does not mean that all employees actually use the messenger and leverage the collaboration potential.

This market is not just about numbers. It’s about trust and a customer like IBM will help other corporates to raise the question: How do we want to collaborate in the future? The question needs more than a gut decision and has more than just one option.
