Hello everyone!
this was a fun little video that i made for those of y'all asking me for a what i eat in a day video! these are just a few things i've been addicted to eating lately--and i have this habit of if i like eating one thing i'll keep on eating it for meals until i get tired of it LOL. it changes throughout the day n i also like to snack on random stuff or go out with friends/etc. sometimes i get too busy and then i have to skip a meal or something like that, sometimes i also get too busy n end up stuck in school with the cafeteria food :/ but cooking my own food has been saving me a lot of money!
a little disclaimer-
since 7th grade, i've never had the healthiest relationship with food. there are still days where i'm down and i regress back into negative thoughts and my old eating habits. but this is the best/healthiest i've felt about my body. i've been working out/ eating full and plenty of meals and been feeling so much happier! i am still learning to love myself and i hope to keep that consistent.
please don't compare yourself to me or anyone else. i hope that this video gave you some inspiration, that's all i want! if you have any healthy recipes, please share them with me :))
