Castor Leaf - One If Big or take 2 leaves if they are small
Camphor (కర్పూరం) - 3
Using mortar and pestal, grind the both to a smooth paste. Apply this past to the External piles and tie up a truss. Repeat this everyday for about 15 days and let the body rest for about 4 days. Continue this process untill you see the results.
