This tool is best for businesses making over $250,000 per year in annual revenue, and in actuality, I think it's much better for those making between $500k and $5Million per year, so if you’re just starting out, this is not for you. However, you can still leverage their Free CRM and Calendar Scheduling Tool ( if you don’t have the budget to afford their full marketing suite. What makes HubSpot different is that they offer Automated Intelligence and an analytics dashboard that is really quite easy to understand. Their analytics tracks users across their entire journey, which means, that you can create context when a visitor comes to your website. If they have been on your website before and they click over again, you can automatically show them a different set of criteria or an entirely different page. Being able to customize the customer experience is just one more step forward in the journey toward delivering a truly customized, omni-channel experience. HubSpot’s platform is a website builder, blogging platform and full marketing and social automation suite all in one. It’s a little too robust for a solo-entrepreneur, so if you gross less than $250k, then I'd recommending using a combination of WordPress, ConvertKit ( and Clickfunnels (
