U.S. Syria envoy slams Russia for failing to reach compromise in Idlib

The crisis in Syria's Idlib province is escalating as the Assad regime fights to recapture the last rebel stronghold. Russia and Turkey have been on the verge of direct military conflict over the situation in the past few weeks.
