Home made Jerky! So simple and tastes amazing.

I love making jerky. It's so simple to make and tastes lovely. Apart from the taste the reason I love making it is because it preserves meat so well. The first time I made it was quite a few years ago and we had brought a piece of beef but for some reason we had to go out and the beef would have gone to waste (Not on my watch!) I decided I would make jerky and fell in love there and then.
Store brought jerky has nothing on home made stuff. The fact that you can almost completely make up the flavours you use makes it so uniquely your own.
