Don't Make This Mistake! How & When to Fertilizer Your Seed Starts Starting Vegetable Seeds Indoors

(*Clarifying the Fertilizer % See Below) Don't make the mistake of over fertilizing and supplementing your seed starts. They need very very very little fertilizer. I discuss water soluble fertilizer, N-P-K ratios, when to fertilizer your seed starts and the importance of not over loving your plants to death.

*I wanted to correct some information. The, for example, 24-8-12 NPK ratio on a box of water soluble fertilizer, represents the NPK concentration in the box. When you mix it in a gallon of water the ratio becomes lower but that information in not available. I said the 1 gallon mix becomes a 24-8-2 ratio which was not accurate. However, the process is still the same. Cut the dosing down by 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 to bring the NPK number down below a 5-5-5 based on the box ratio. I just wanted to clarify that.
