First Brexit Talks Take Place With Ursula von der Leyen

Boris Johnson has met Ursula von der Leyen, EU Commission President, for initial talks to lay the groundwork for the upcoming negotiations for an agreement with the EU intended to follow on from the transition period at the end of 2020.
