๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐: I have searched for videos that show what this looks like from the bottom but have not found any at all! I thought I can't be the only one who wants to see this. the rest is history.
I had an old acrylic shelf that I had no idea what to use it for until now. I took it apart and used it to do a petri dish bloom thingy. I used hot glue and a strip of double-sided tape to section off an area to work. Then I propped the piece of acrylic up and places my camera under it. To help in getting the resin off the sheet, I sprayed a mold release on it first.
I hope this video inspires you and answers some questions about what happens in order to make those beautiful Petri blooms.
