Killebrew Storage Area Documenting HDD Additives, etc.

Dec. 30, 2019 A walk along the Pipeline Trail Storage Area. As we walk along the line of equipment parked along a County Right of Way (ROW) or County Easement. We are documenting the Additives that HDD drilling Industry and Drillers claim not to use. The drillers make the claim, "just Bentonite and Water." This claim, Is BS!!! We document container after container of additives as well as multiple motor oil containers, Hydraulic Fluid and Transmission Fluid containers.
Provides more proof that their equipment is leak fluids everywhere they travel and setup. How much leakage has happened? Was it cleaned up? Plus, All of this HDD drilling has been done along the bottom of the stormwater ditches. How many contaminates may be along the side of a 50+ year old road, that is highly traveled? How much tire rubber, brake pad dust (asbestos}, motor oil, transmission fluids, hydraulic fluids, etc. might be along our roadways and have washed down to the bottom of our stormwater ditches? All of these ditches are adjacent to Our Wetlands and the HDD drilling is actually happening in, through and beneath Our Wetlands.
Is Wyoming clay suppose to be in our wetlands? How much did they pump deep beneath the surface and through our subsurface waters? Are these additives supposed to be pumped into our wetlands and waters? How many different additives are being used? How much Additives were used? Where are the "required to submit" MSDS sheets? Where are the required Drill Logs?
We have ask the county these questions. We have sent in a formal request through the "Records Section Department", per the county's requirement. The Records department responded to our request. "We don't have the records in our possession. But your "Contact Document" state that these are required? Responds, we don't have the records in our possession. Who Does? No Responds...
