No one likes Utah's high school civics test but despite efforts, it lives on

Rep. Elizabeth Weight found herself in a bit of a quandary. After working hard on a bill that would get rid of a requirement that high school students take and pass a civics test before they can graduate, she found herself fighting against her own bill.
