The Sunday Rant is about this bill in Ohio that will give trucking companies tax breaks for training new drivers. This is supported by the American Trucking Association. There is no accountability in this to keep the drivers. No accountability to treat truck drivers correctly. No accountability to actually pay drivers for all their time. This bill will fund companies that have drivers work without pay. If companies need truck drivers let them pay for all time worked.
